WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE BRANDED FOR JESUS?
The Bible teaches that the characters of a Christian is marked by the fruits of his spirit - “love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23). These fruits have an effect on all aspects of our lives. It is this lifestyle that distinguishes Christians from the rest of the world, where adultery, fornication, idolatry, hatred, contentions, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, envy, murders, drunkenness, the like rules (Galatians 5:19-21).
We as Christians choose to be Branded by Jesus – we need this brand, so that the world can long for the Jesus life style and ask us to teach them our ways. The Jesus Brand units Christians and if God’s people from every walk of life band and “brand” together to fight the battle and claim our city, the strongholds of the enemy will be broken, the sick will be made whole, and the power of God will manifest.

WHY?
If you are a Christian and proud of it, then you can you say with Paul, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16) and “ I bear branded on my body the marks of the Lord Jesus” (Galatians 6 : 14, 17). You are BRANDED FOR JESUS!
As Christians we are driven by the Holy Spirit to share the Good News of the gospel to everybody. This project is another opportunity for us to testify our faith and the meaning thereof, for “There will come a day when at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”. (Philippians 2:10 & 11)
With this project we want to call fellow Jesus followers to action: Now is the time, to repent, to obey, to worship, to love, to reach out and to experience the awesome power of God.
